Josh greeted me on the lot with a smile and a bubbly attitude. That alone won me over. I told him I was just looking today and he said he was open for any questions that I may have. Then I told him I was gonna use Navy Federal and he ask that I give them a try first and then he came back with a offer that I could not refuse. I came looking and left driving this beautiful 2023 BMW. Thank you Josh.

Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Homer Skelton Ford

All the cars of my choice was already lined up together so I looked in all of them and he had answers for all of my questions. Too many questions usually bring a bad attitude but not Josh. He stayed professional and kept the attitude that I was greeted with upon arrival. He is the BEST and this type of service should not go un noticed. He would not let me leave to go looking elsewhere. I wanted to go to at least to 2 more dealerships just to see what was out there but his attitude won me over.

Overall, I have had a pleasant experience. Remember, I came in just to look and then walked away this car. He stepped away to visit with the Finance dept and all things went well on the first attempt. This is my second purchase from this dealership and this experience was GREAT from the beginning to the end.
