During my experience with Josh, it was nothing but pleasant from start to finish. When he told me after our first interaction that I could call/text him with any questions he meant that. I was able to contact him at my leisure and Josh was able to answer my questions. During the buying process, Josh was upfront and honest with any and all information. Josh helped me with the Cherokee by allowing me to test drive it several times to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the vehicle and even put money from his own pocket in the gas tank to top it off. Josh also helped the detail guys to ensure it was washed and ready.

Please tell us how Josh helped you with your 2019 Jeep Cherokee

This being my second experience, it was definitely a much more enjoyable experience than the first. I think a large part of that was due to Josh's work ethic and willingness to help me at every turn. There is however, a lot of back and forth from the salesman to the finance people. every one needs to be in one room, and speak together, cut out the middle man, running back and forth.
