Please tell us what you liked most about working with Josh

Josh was extremely helpful. He took the time to ask important questions at the beginning of our conversation. He asked about my price range, what I wanted my monthly payment to be, if I was looking for a certain make/model or color as all salesman do, but then Josh asked me would I be interested in looking at any other type of vehicle. When I said that it did not have to be an equinox, he then asked about an explorer. I said that was too big, and Josh immediately pulled up an inventory list of other suvs that were smaller than an explorer. We found several that I liked on screen but fell in love with the Rav4 as soon as I drove it.

Josh helped me find the perfect vehicle and it was one that I had never even considered before today! I didn't even know how to start the push button, but Josh was able to answer every question that I asked from how to read all the information on the dash screen to how to work the radio screen and heated seats!
