He was very patient with me and my indisciveness. He answered all my questions and showed me the many safety features of the vehicle. He also encouraged me to not give up on the deal. He told the finance team what I could afford and kept me up to date as far as them working to keep it in my budget. He was really caring and not just trying to push a sale.
